We deliver in Denmark with GLS.
We deliver on average 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).
When your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation.
In the e-mail there is also a link to a tracking number, so you can follow the package online at GLS. You can track your parcel within 48 hours after the parcel has left the warehouse. If the package has not arrived within 10 days after the shipping confirmation, we recommend that you contact us directly.
It is free to return items to us and you have 15 days full return policy.
Please note that you can return an item within 15 days and we only accept unused items. We would also like to point out that the goods must not be dirty.
Here's how you do it:
Send us an email with notice you want to return the item so we know we expect a package from you and the whole process can go faster.
Put the properly wrapped items in the package and close it thoroughly. The original packaging must be included in the return shipment.
Deliver the package to your local GLS PakkeShop or post store, and send to our address.
You will automatically receive a confirmation per. e-mail when we register your return in our store.
We will refund your money as soon as we have received and checked your return. On average, there are 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri), since your return has been sent to have it registered in our place. You will receive an email confirming the registration and refund of the purchase amount. When paying by credit card, only a few days before you receive your money.
Payment cards: 2-5 working days from the time we received the return. The money is credited to your payment card. If you have paid with Mastercard, then the amount will appear after your next balance settlement.
PayPal: 2-5 business days from the time we received the return. At PayPal, you decide whether the money should remain in your PayPal account or whether they should be transferred to your bank account.
Returning multiple orders in the same package: The procedure is the same as for a regular return.
Return of part deliveries: If you want to return part of the goods from a delivery, you put the goods in the same package and send it to us. Just remember to inform us (1. Register) which items you return.
Cancellation of orders
VI BEAUTY can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation occurs, as will any payment or reservation made on a means of payment being returned / canceled.
There is a 1 year craftsmanship guarantee. The warranty does not cover "mechanical" breakages that are caused due to improper use or care.

When you return the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards if the conditions for this are met:
